Account Management

The account management component provides the control and the sub-functions to create accounts and manage them. Accounts are the umbrella entity to all the sub-elements such as Locations, Contacts, Projects, Contracts, and Activities. All relationships are easily visible through the relationship manager.

Location Management

The location management provides the ability to create and manage endless many subsidiary location or company locations (work-areas) under an account. Those locations can be assigned to contacts, and to the projects. This organization structure helps to understand multi-location customer structures.

Contact Management

The contact management tool provides the on of the more important functions. It provides functionality to store and manage all business contacts. Those contacts are assigned to projects and activties to ensure that the team and you always know whom you had last contacted or who is involved where. Through the relationship manager you knwo which contact is involved in which projects or actvities. Contact management, besides activity management is the main function from a usage point of view, as contacts are the direct connection point between a user and the projects, activities, and the account. The Contact management tool provides the ability to email information out, send letters, call the contact, create tasks, create events (such as meeting invitation), and search for contacts. Contacts are assigned to the location and therefore also provide an organizational overview of the account.

Project Management

Whenever a user (employee) of our account engages within an account it is either related to a product that is intended to be sold to the account or related to services that are offered to the account. The project therefore builds the umbrella of all the later activities executed. A project stores and collects all the costs, but also the potential income. Status information provides the execution path and the pipeline milestone information. Internal or External contacts can be assigned to the project. Documents that are either received via the email, an activity or are uploaded to the project can easily be accessed by anybody in the organization. From the Project the user can easily call the assigned users, send emails out, setup events (meetings), or create tasks.

Contract Management

As soon the project is agreed upon, contracts have to be exchanged in order to verify and state the actual execution of the project, product, or service. The contract management tool allows capturing this information and the related contract documentation.

Activity Management

The activity management provides interactions executed under the account umbrella or project umbrella. Pending on the filter you can look at the activities either from an account point of view, location point of view, project point of view, or contact point of view. When a activity record is create internal users can be assigned, internal account contacts can be assigned, different projects can be assigned, and external contacts can be assigned to a single activity record. This will allow that any type of engagement or activity can be captured and displayed back. Activtiy records can be send to external contacts, can be send to internal contacts, can be printed out and send as a letter, calls can be made from this area, as well as tasks and events can be scheduled. Any activity, engagement, or communication will be either automatically captured by the system or the system provides an easy way to manually capture those. The activity further is also the gatekeeper of the success progress in your project execution. Every activity is updated with a business result that translates in progress on any of the domains such as account, project, contact, or contract. This result indicator enables feedback to any level of system user instantly on where the progress is and what needs to happen next to convert the engagement into a successful one.

Document Management

Document Management is an integral part of the system. Documents are stored to the activity, contract, or project. The document management system provides you the secure document depot of your documents. Access those over the web, whenever you need them.
