Small Company

Most small size companies have a tight budget to buy hardware, to operate infrastructure, and to have somebody dedicated administer the systems. Most of the time several people work on the same account and / or on the same project.

The size of small companies can be considered anywhere from 1 person to 10 people working in a company.

ClientCentric can provide an easy way of activating the data gathering through a hosted solution offering. Information, which is required for the small companies are in the standard version of our tool. Further, integration with MS Outlook and MS Office provides relief of extra work time for data entry and data management. By  embedding a VoIP provider as an extra offer we are able to provide additional ways to cut costs. The hosted solution will not require any technical personnel in the organization to manage and maintain the solution.

Medium Company

Medium size companies are more likely to have people working in the IT department for internal development of tools, however, most of those IT departments are overloaded with all kind of activities and customer service as a necessity usually comes short in terms of time-allocation for further improvements.

The size of medium companies can be considered anywhere from 10 person to 200 people working in a company.

Similar to a small company, ClientCentric can offer reduction in cost of data collection and management. Alternatively, if the medium size company wishes to have the system hosted in-house we can provide an appliance with the entire environment pre-installed, which will reduce the effort to install the solution and integrate it with existing infrastructure components.

Multi-Location Companies

ClientCentric provides localization with English and German support in the first phase. In the near future we will expand our offering to other languages. This will support companies which have offshore production and manufacturing facilities.
